About Edward Theilmann

Edward Theilmann

I'm a 74 year old painter.I work in oils mostly and also like doing digital stuff with my camera and the computer. I get my inspiration from various motorcycle trips I go on out into the countryside of North America on my old Moto Guzzi .Been painting for 40 + years now on & off , been riding the motorcycle for 59 years collecting images in my head and never really know what will appear on the canvas when I start. My motive is the enjoyment of the freedom I get from expression . Sometimes it flows like a raging river and sometimes it's like the desert but it always happens sooner or later so I just roll along and paint when the mood hits me.
